We collect the following information when you use Brixui:

Account information: email address and display name, collected when you sign up via Google OAuth or magic link.
Usage data: pages visited, components viewed, and features used, collected to improve the Service.
Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store card numbers or bank details.
Cookies and local storage: session tokens and preference data required for the Service to function.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and improve the Service.
Authenticate your account and manage your subscription.
Send transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts).
Respond to support requests.
Analyze aggregate usage patterns to inform product decisions.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

Supabase — authentication and database provider.
Stripe — payment processing.
Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.

Each sub-processor is bound by data processing agreements. We share only the minimum data required.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@brixui.com.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
